 Transaction Responsibility

Anpay serves as a payment facilitator, allowing YOU to complete transactions with merchants, vendors, or service providers. However, Anpay does not own or control any products or services offered by these third parties.

  • YOU are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details (e.g., mobile number, account number, amount) entered during transactions.
  • Anpay is not liable for erroneous transactions, including payments made to incorrect recipients or incorrect amounts.
Important: Please double-check all information before confirming any transaction.
 All recharge and bill payment: No Refunds

All prepaid recharge sales (mobile, DTH, data card, etc.) through Anpay are final and non-refundable. YOU are solely responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, DTH account number, or data card information provided is correct. Anpay cannot process refunds for incorrect details entered during the purchase of prepaid services.

 Refunds for Goods and Services

Refunds for any goods or services purchased through Anpay will be governed by the merchant or service provider’s refund policy. Anpay is not responsible for processing refunds on behalf of the merchant. In case of any issues regarding product quality, cancellations, or refunds, YOU must contact the merchant or service provider directly.

 Refund Processing for Eligible Transactions

If a refund is approved by the merchant or service provider, Anpay will process the refund as follows:

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7.
  • Cashback Rollback: In case of a refund, any cashback earned from the transaction will be reversed. If YOU have already used the cashback, the equivalent amount will be deducted from your refund.
 Erroneous Payments

In case YOU accidentally send a payment to the wrong party or for the wrong amount, Anpay will not be able to reverse or refund the payment. YOU must contact the recipient directly to seek any recourse.

 Disclaimers and Limitations
  • Anpay does not offer any guarantees or warranties on products/services provided by merchants.
  • Any disputes regarding warranties, guarantees, quality, or performance must be handled directly between YOU and the merchant/service provider.
  • Anpay is not responsible for the content, descriptions, or accuracy of information listed by merchants or vendors.
  Liability and Indemnification

By using Anpay, YOU acknowledge that Anpay is only a payment facilitator and not responsible for the quality or fulfillment of the products or services provided by third-party merchants. Anpay disclaims any liability arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to transaction errors, third-party disputes, or misrepresentations by vendors.
