All prepaid recharge sales (mobile, DTH, data card, etc.) through Anpay are final and non-refundable. YOU are solely responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, DTH account number, or data card information provided is correct. Anpay cannot process refunds for incorrect details entered during the purchase of prepaid services.
Refunds for any goods or services purchased through Anpay will be governed by the merchant or service provider’s refund policy. Anpay is not responsible for processing refunds on behalf of the merchant.
