You can now pay for your Indane, Bharat Gas & HP Gas 14.2 kg cylinder on Anpay.in (Desktop or Mobile App) You can pay for either a new booking or an existing booking done via IVRS, SMS or Whatsapp.
Follow the following instructions:
Go to the Anpay page.
Tap on the LPG cylinder.
Select your LPG provider and enter your mobile number that is registered with LPG cylinder distributor or LPG ID
Follow the on-screen instructions to pay for the cylinders
You can find your 17-digit LPG ID on your Domestic Gas Customer Card (DGSC) or Subscription Voucher (SV) that you might have received at the time of applying for a new connection or on the cash memo/receipt. You can also contact your LPG provider (toll free number) to know your existing LPG ID.
Once you have paid for your LPG cylinder booking on Anpay, it takes upto 7 days for the cylinder to get delivered. For further details on the delivery date, please contact your LPG distributor/agency.

The price of refill cylinder indicated on Anpay is tentative. The price applicable on the date of delivery will be the final price. This final price can be found on the cash memo i.e. the physical copy of the bill provided by the delivery agent.
The amount paid by you on Anpay shall be treated as advance and will be adjusted against the actual refill price at the time of delivery. Excess amount if paid by you shall be refunded to you by Distributor/Delivery agent. If amount is paid less, then you would have to pay the differential amount to the delivery agent of the distributor at the time of delivery.

A payment receipt for your LPG cylinder payment made on Anpay can be downloaded from the respective order details page at Your Orders. The physical bill from the LPG distributor, please collect it from the delivery executive at the time of delivery of the LPG cylinder.Anpay
If you are eligible for the government subsidy on LPG cylinders, then it will be credited to your bank account by the LPG cylinder distributor within 2 working days. The price you pay on at the time of booking of the LPG cylinder does not include this subsidy. In case you have not received this subsidy, please contact your LPG distributor for assistance.
Currently, the LPG cylinder distributors (Bharat Gas, HP Gas and Indane) does not allow cancellation of payments made for online booking of LPG cylinders made through Anpay. Please contact your LPG distributor for assistance on cancellation requests.
You can refer your Domestic Gas Consumer Card (DGCC) or Subscription Voucher (SV) issued to you by your LPG distributor to check the consumer name/ distributor name registered with them. In case the refill could not be delivered at the residence of the consumer due to various reasons or the booking has been cancelled by the consumer:
For Indane: The amount paid would be refunded.
For HP Gas: The amount paid refunded / adjusted against the next booking by the distributor
For Bharat Gas: No cancellations are possible. The distributor will attempt the delivery again.
