Payment is successful but my order status shows ‘pending’. Recharge is not completed. Why so?

My recharge failed but payment was successful, why so? When will I receive a refund?

 If the details you entered for your recharge plan are valid, the recharge will be successful. In cases of incorrect details or technical failure, the payment goes through but recharges fail at the mobile service provider’s end.

 Recharges done using Anpay wallet balance will be refunded instantly for such failed transactions.

 For other payment methods, the refund will be processed in 2-4 business days, depending upon your bank's policy. Your bank usually sends you an SMS once the refund is successfully credited.

 Some telecom operators may enforce a time interval ranging from a few seconds up to 15 minutes before any consecutive attempts of recharging the same mobile number. Please wait for 15 minutes between two consecutive recharge attempts for the same mobile number.

What happens if I recharge a wrong number?

 A recharge order once placed cannot be cancelled. We recommend checking the number once before the recharge.

My payment was successful and I got a message from Anpay that my order was successful, but my recharge has not gone through.

 If your recharge is successful, we will send you a confirmation SMS.

 You can also check the status of recharge from your operator by quoting the Operator Reference Number.

 You can get your operator reference number by clicking on the specific order in the Passbook section.

I changed my mobile network recently. When I enter my mobile number, old mobile network is displayed. Will my recharge be successful?

Please confirm your mobile service provider and circle combination before placing your order to avoid recharge failure.To change the mobile service provider that is auto populated basis your mobile number, click on Edit and select the desired operator and circle.

How much time will it take for a payment to be accepted by the biller?

Some billers take a maximum of 3 business days to accept the payment after the transaction is completed on Anpay.in We request you to pay your bills at least 3 business days before the payment due date to avoid inconvenience.

Can a bill payment be cancelled for a refund?

No, bill payments once made by you cannot be cancelled for a refund.

Why am I unable to make a bill payment?

Please ensure that you enter the correct authentication and account details while making a bill payment At times, the delay could be due to technical reasons. Please retry after sometime.

My payment was successful, but the bill payment failed.

Some of the common reasons for failed bill payments include:
Incorrect authenticator details like account no, customer ID etc Late payment fee not added to the outstanding bill amount Technical issues at the biller's end In case of failure, a refund will automatically be processed to your account. Refunds to Anpay balance will be instant, while refunds for payments made using other payment methods may take up to 2-4 business days, depending upon your bank's policy.

What are the eligible payment methods for a bill payment transaction?

You can make bill payments using your Anpay balance, Net banking, Debit card and UPI. However, please note following points on payment method for electricity, gas, water, municipal tax, landline and mobile postpaid

The payment is successful on Anpay.in, however my biller states that the bill is outstanding.

 Some billers take up to 3 business days from the date of transaction on anpay to confirm payment receipt.

Since the biller is part of the Bharat Bill Pay System (BBPS) system, a BBPS logo appears on the bill payment screen BBPS is a National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI) initiative. It enables interoperable bill payment services to customers and provides instant payment confirmation NPCI, as the central unit, also undertakes clearing and settlement activities related to transactions routed through BBPS, thus enhancing customer confidence and experience.

Please ensure that you add the correct details, while requesting a recharge. Sometimes the delay might also be possible due to technical issues. We recommend that you retry performing the recharge after sometime in such cas

Customer ID is a 10-digit number that starts with the digit '3'

To know your customer ID, press 'Menu' on your DTH remote and choose My account

Dish TV

Recharge can be done using the registered mobile number or the viewing card number

Viewing card number is 11-digits long and starts with the digit '0'

You can find this at the back of the card inserted in the set-top box

Sun Direct

Smartcard number is printed at back of the card inserted in the set-top box.

Please check the plan that you wish to recharge for and enter that specific amount. Any other amount that differs from the specified plan will result in an unsuccessful transaction.

Tata Sky

Recharge can be done using the registered mobile number or the subscriber ID.

Subscriber ID is a 10-digit number that starts with the digit '1'

To view the Subscriber ID, press home button on the DTH remote

Can I cancel my DTH order?

No, a DTH recharge once placed cannot be cancelled.

LPG Booking

How do I pay for cylinder booking?

You can now pay for your Indane, Bharat Gas & HP Gas 14.2 kg cylinder on Anpay.in (Desktop or Mobile App) You can pay for either a new booking or an existing booking done via IVRS, SMS or Whatsapp.

Follow the following instructions:

 Go to the Anpay page.

 Tap on the LPG cylinder.

 Select your LPG provider and enter your mobile number that is registered with LPG cylinder distributor or LPG ID

 Follow the on-screen instructions to pay for the cylinders

Where do I find my LPG ID?

You can find your 17-digit LPG ID on your Domestic Gas Customer Card (DGSC) or Subscription Voucher (SV) that you might have received at the time of applying for a new connection or on the cash memo/receipt. You can also contact your LPG provider (toll free number) to know your existing LPG ID.

When will I receive my LPG cylinder?

Once you have paid for your LPG cylinder booking on Anpay, it takes upto 7 days for the cylinder to get delivered. For further details on the delivery date, please contact your LPG distributor/agency.

Do I need to pay any amount at the time of delivery?

The price of refill cylinder indicated on Anpay is tentative. The price applicable on the date of delivery will be the final price. This final price can be found on the cash memo i.e. the physical copy of the bill provided by the delivery agent.

The amount paid by you on Anpay shall be treated as advance and will be adjusted against the actual refill price at the time of delivery. Excess amount if paid by you shall be refunded to you by Distributor/Delivery agent. If amount is paid less, then you would have to pay the differential amount to the delivery agent of the distributor at the time of delivery.

Can I get a payment receipt for my LPG cylinder payment?

A payment receipt for your LPG cylinder payment made on Anpay can be downloaded from the respective order details page at Your Orders. The physical bill from the LPG distributor, please collect it from the delivery executive at the time of delivery of the LPG cylinder.Anpay

Am I eligible for subsidy for the LPG cylinder booked and paid through Anpay?

If you are eligible for the government subsidy on LPG cylinders, then it will be credited to your bank account by the LPG cylinder distributor within 2 working days. The price you pay on at the time of booking of the LPG cylinder does not include this subsidy. In case you have not received this subsidy, please contact your LPG distributor for assistance.

Can I cancel the LPG cylinder payment I made on Anpay for a refund?

Currently, the LPG cylinder distributors (Bharat Gas, HP Gas and Indane) does not allow cancellation of payments made for online booking of LPG cylinders made through Anpay. Please contact your LPG distributor for assistance on cancellation requests.

I see incorrect details of my name/ distributor name when I entered my LPG ID.

You can refer your Domestic Gas Consumer Card (DGCC) or Subscription Voucher (SV) issued to you by your LPG distributor to check the consumer name/ distributor name registered with them. In case you need to change any of these details, please contact your LPG distributor (toll free number) for further assistance.

My payment is successful, but the LPG distributor is refusing to acknowledge the LPG cylinder

If I do not have an empty LPG cylinder at home in exchange for the new one, will my order be cancelled?

Your LPG distributor will reschedule the delivery. Please contact your LPG distributor for further assistance

Who do I contact if I have issues with the delivery (not at home to receive the delivery, not delivered etc.) or issues with the LPG cylinder (defective, empty etc.)?

In case the refill could not be delivered at the residence of the consumer due to various reasons or the booking has been cancelled by the consumer:

 For Indane: The amount paid would be refunded.

 For HP Gas: The amount paid refunded / adjusted against the next booking by the distributor

 For Bharat Gas: No cancellations are possible. The distributor will attempt the delivery again.

My LPG ID/registered mobile number with LPG distributor is not being recognized by Anpay. We apologize for not supporting the LPG cylinder payment. Please contact your LPG distributor or LPG provider for further assistance.
